    • Before creating an account, we validated against 3rd-party sources like DHC, D&B, secretary of state, NPI & google/Internet
    • Validated the account name & address which is created by the client’s sales reps in Salesforce
    • If there is an update request for name change and address, we validated & updated the details in all the salesforce instances & SAP
